Psychological Well-Being and Family Supportive Supervision Behaviors Toward Work-Life Balance on Employees
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being and family supportive supervision behaviors toward work-life balance on employees in PT Prestasi Cahaya Metalindo. This research use quantitative method with research design using correlation-quantitative research. Subjects in this study amounted to 60 peoples on employees staff, operator, and supervision in PT Prestasi Cahaya Metalindo. This research use psychological well-being scale with reliability value of Alpha Cronbach 0,907, family supportive supervision behaviors scale with reliability value of Alpha Cronbach 0,880 and work-life balance scaleĀ with reliability value of Alpha Cronbach 0,927. Data analysis techniques use descriptives technique, assumption testing namely by the normality and linearity test, and hypothesis testing namely by the rank spearman correlation and multiple linear regression testing. This study found that there is influence psychological well-being and family supportive supervision behaviors toward work-life balance. Based on the correlation rank spearman it can be seen that there is a relationship between psychologycal well-being with work-life balance and there is a relationship between family supportive supervision behaviors with work-life balance.
