Abstract

The Pandemic COVID-19 since 2020 brought about significant changes in global activities that compelled everyone, including theachers, to adopt technology. Due to the online learning during the pandemic, students' intense use of smartphones increased. In order to keep the teaching and learning process going, smartphone use for online learning is seen as a learning tool that may be an answer. Nonetheless, there are undoubtedly drawbacks to elementary school pupils using cellphones for extended periods of time. For school-age children, smartphone addiction can have both beneficial and bad effects. This project aims to lessen the effects of smartphone addiction by using classroom action research on grade 6 SDN 01 Sumbersari, Kabupaten Bekasi. Children who use cellphones need to have parental supervision and direction in order to lessen the impact of the risk of smartphone addiction.
