Abstract

The shift in marketing trends from conventional (offline) to online media at this time causes MSME actors who do not take advantage of the potential of digital marketing to lose the opportunity to further improve their business.  The main purpose of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing and improve the skills of MSME actors in the world of digital marketing both through social media and e-commerce, in order to increase sales and profits for MSME business actors in the village of Kutamukti.  The method used in this service is community education and training by helping MSME actors by utilizing digital media in marketing their products to increase the MSME income.  The results of the observations that have been made, the people in the village of Kutamukti lack understanding in marketing a product based on digital marketing.  The hope of this community service program is to help MSMEs in Kutamukti village to take advantage of digital marketing as a marketing strategy to expand the market in order to get new consumers.
