PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PADA KANTOR DINAS PEMADAM KEBAKARAN SEKTOR RAWALUMBU
Abstract
Performance at the Rawalumbu Sector Fire Service Office. The population of this research is the Rawalumbu fire department employees. The sample of this research is 37 respondents. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. For data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 25.0 (SPSS 25.0) program. The results showed that job training and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Rawalumbu fire service office.
